Really enjoyed the podcast today! Liz, welcome to the KC area! I live north of the river in the KC area too. So good to know I am not the only Paleo person here anymore :-) Just wondering…how does one become a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner? I just love everything I am learning and I work in healthcare. I am frustrated that I see sick people everyday and I don’t have the “license” to counsel them on nutrition and diet. I am starting to think about an additional degree. Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks!
