I have a little lady-crush on Arsy Vartanian. When she asked me to write the foreword for The Paleo Foodie Cookbook, I squealed like an eight-year-old who just got her hands on the new Babysitter’s Club Super Special.
(Y’know, the one where Mallory dyes her hair blonde (gasp!))
What I love about Arsy is that she is a caring, kind-hearted individual. She’s someone I’d like to be friends with. (Well, we are friends, but in my mind, we aren’t only friends. We’re like super-friends. Like Doug Funnie/Skeeter Valentine super-duper friends.)
All of Arsy’s kindness and generosity of spirit comes through in The Paleo Foodie Cookbook. That’s why I love it. Arsy cares. A lot. This is good food, made with love.
Speaking of love…be sure to check out my video review below, where I talk about all the things I love.

You had me at the small goat figurine! Trying one of the recipes from her book this week…looks like a gorgeous cookbook!
It sounds like an awesome book, I can’t wait to read it! Also.. stretchy pants and puppies. But mostly the book!
A Doug and a Game of Thrones reference all in the same blog post… one of the many reasons why you are one of my favorite bloggers 🙂 My golden, Kiro kept pausing the video while I was trying to watch it. I’m pretty sure it was so he could stare at you a little longer #puppystalker 🙂
Aww 🙂 I’m glad there’s someone out there with similar taste (er, lack of taste?)
