Jennifer Robins of Predominantly Paleo (one of my FAVORITE bloggers and authors!) stopped by Real Food Liz Radio to talk her road back to health after a MAJOR crash, her famous yuca dough, and her projects Yiddish Kitchen and Down South Paleo!
Jennifer is a mom of 3 who suffered a MAJOR health crash, followed by more “diagnoses” than she could count…but only began truly recovering when she went gluten-free, then “predominantly Paleo.” She creates grain-free recipes, autoimmune Paleo-friendly recipes AND Yiddish and Southern-inspired goodies on her blog and in her books.
Jennifer is one of the most fun, most spirited, most INSPIRING people in Paleo…AND she came up with a yuca dough recipe that’ll blow your mind.
