Have you heard? Butter is back! It’s healthy, it’s delicious, and yep. It’s back. Back like the Backstreet Boys. Or Britney. Or…what’s another re-surging teen obsession that starts with “B?”
Fact is, GOOD butter can be enjoyed safely and with health in mind. If you’re skeptical, check out my book Eat the Yolks or the recent media coverage in the Wall Street Journal and Time Magazine (sadly, you have to be a subscriber to read), and of course, watch this video!

By the by: you’ll notice that my blog is called “Real Food Liz.” It is not called “Paleo Food Liz.” That’s because I believe in the Paleo way of life, but I don’t believe in living in Diet Rules Jail when certain non-strict-Paleo foods (including dairy) can totally work for many people.
