This is a recent email I sent to my Email Monday subscriber family about the Women's Weight Loss Solution. I thought it was important to share publicly.

In yesterday's email, I told a bit of my story of RECOVERY from weight loss obsession.
The email was titled “It's Not Just About Weight Loss…” and I ended the email with:
“The bottom line: shift your focus, and you'll get what you want.”
I mean that with my whole heart. Weight loss isn't about counting calories, restrictive eating, punishing exercise, hating yourself, or FEELING LIKE A FAILURE.
It's about nourishing and healing yourself, eating amazing, healthful, robust food,UNDERSTANDING how your body works (whether you're a thyroid patient, an athlete, or a post-partum mom), and enjoying the process.
I was recently involved in the creation of the Weight Loss Solution Online Conference and honestly?
At first, I was NOT interested in participating.
I thought it would be “just another calories-matter, cut-the-carbs, get-skinny” so-called “Paleo” program.
