Have you heard? Butter is back! It's healthy, it's delicious, and yep. It's back. Back like the Backstreet Boys. Or Britney. Or…what's another re-surging teen obsession that starts with “B?”

By the by: you'll notice that my blog is called “Real Food Liz.” It is not called “Paleo Food Liz.” That's because I believe in the Paleo way of life, but I don't believe in living in Diet Rules Jail when certain non-strict-Paleo foods (including dairy) can totally work for many people.
